What to expect

Washington based start up YOPP, wanted to boost the local brick and mortar shopping life. We worked together shaping their business offer to fit a proper market. We used user insights from my research to develop new concepts and features for the app. Transforming a couponing app into a full gamified shopping experience. Besides working on the strategy, we developed the brand, designed the full user experience of the app and created dozens of promotions and campaings for social media.
